Summary
Not all of you will vote the same way for each event, because what causes positive or negative stress can be different for each person. But all people have something that causes them stress.
Sometimes we feel stress around something we are afraid or upset about or something we don’t want to happen. But we can also feel stress around things we are excited about or want to have happen. Stress can feel good or bad depending on how we view a situation.
ways to reduce stress
stress ball conclusion
When we're stressed out, our bodies tense up and we physically clench. The stress ball prompts you to squeeze and release, which can leave you feeling less tense than you started. While this may be a simple solution to reducing stress, nothing beats physical activity to get long-term benefits. Finding the method that personally helps in your life will have the most benefits in reducing stress.
